🌷 As the world shifts into spring, April Awakening invites you to pause and tune into your own internal shift, noticing how your body moves out of winter’s stillness into a season of growth, movement, and renewed energy.

This 2-hour workshop is a guided journey through the body, inspired by the rhythm of a full day. We’ll begin slowly, with grounding breathwork and gentle awareness practices, creating space to reconnect and listen inward. From there, we’ll gradually “wake” the body through yoga-based movement and somatic exploration, inviting curiosity around sensation, pace, and presence.

As nature blooms, you may notice shifts within yourself too, physically, emotionally, and energetically. This workshop offers a supportive environment to explore those changes, reawaken your senses, and move with intention rather than urgency.

We’ll close with a reflective journaling practice, giving you time to integrate your experience and put language to what’s been unfolding within you this season.
