Meet your Coaches Josh & Helena!

Josh is the head coach at Osborn Performance Studio. Josh is a former collegiate and semi-professional athlete who specializes in Strength and Conditioning, Soft-tissue Mobilization, and Preventative Exercise Therapy.

Helena his a certified personal trainer through NCSF, Precision Nutrition, ProNatal Fitness, and Girls Gone Strong. She specializes in helping women over 30 become the healthiest and strongest versions of themselves.
