A little of my own journey…
Being here in Bali doing my 300 hour YTT has deepened my desire to reconnect with the traditions behind the practice I love. I’ve been spending more time learning about the deities, their stories, symbolism, and the ways they can become part of a meaningful practice.
Kali is one example. Her fierce energy speaks to transformation, ego death, and the destruction of what keeps us from our truth. I’ve been exploring her through yantra (sacred geometric representations used as a focus for meditation and devotion) and chanting her unique mantra passed down to me by my mentor.
This class is my way of continuing that learning, bringing these traditions into the studio with curiosity, respect, and movement.
