Dr. Kim is a board-certified physician who provides both conservative and surgical treatments for all foot and ankle conditions.

She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a three-year surgical residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.

Chuff to Buff is a clinic for the rest of us: climbers who would like to move a little more like a weightless team kid and a little less like a bag of potatoes.

Led by Jasper Jarecki (coach and routesetter), we’ll work on dynamic movement, coordination, and the kind of skills that make modern problems feel slightly less insane. Learn to accept those belly flops and face plants with grace as we all work from Chuff to Buff.

Session 1: Projecting +Learning The Moves
On the first Wednesday of the month.

Session 2: Drills + Training to Actually Get Better
On the third Wednesday of the month.

Jasper Jarecki is an NYC coach and routesetter. He’s coached national champions and podium winners, and he trains athletes currently competing on the USA’s elite competition circuit. He works with athletes of all levels toward their loftiest aspirations, focusing strongly on using routesetting as a tool for pushing athlete growth.
