5 YEARS AT Life Time NYC 🥳🥳🥳🥳

I honestly don’t know how to fit five years of memories into just 20 slides. These are just a few of the moments that have meant so much to me before Instagram limited me on my slides 😫

When I first started, I had one person in class (hi Lindsey Mortensen 👋🥹). Fast forward five years, and so many classes are waitlisted. That still doesn’t feel real.

To every member who’s shown up, every high five, every conversation after class, every event, every challenge, every laugh, every sweaty workout… thank you. You’ve made these the best five years of my life.

To every leader who believed in me before I fully believed in myself, thank you for taking a chance on me and helping me grow into the coach and person I am today.

I’m beyond grateful for this community, and I truly can’t wait to see what the next five years have in store. ❤️✨

Officially halfway to becoming a true New Yorker. 🗽❤️ Five years in this great city.

This was the very first photo took of me after I moved to NYC.

Starting over was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done, but these last five years have truly been the best of my life. This city has challenged me, changed me, and given me more than I ever could’ve imagined.

Thank you, NYC, for everything. 🥹❤️ Here’s to the next five years being even bigger, bolder, and full of even more unforgettable memories. ✨❤️

MAXOUT w/ ( x .nyc) was such a fun class! ⚡️

I’m so grateful for events like these that bring our community even closer together. The workouts are always great, but it’s the people that make them so special.

Can’t wait for more memories, more fun, and apparently more test-driving cars with the best crew around!! 🤪😂❤️

Growing up, where I’m from wasn’t always the most supportive place for LGBTQIA+ people. That’s why visibility matters. Every time someone sees an LGBTQIA+ person doing something positive, leading, giving back, or chasing a big dream, I truly believe it helps create more understanding and support for the next generation.
