Thank you for an incredible retreat week with the best imaginable travel companions. Truly, there is nothing more inspiring than exploring the most beautiful ends of the earth with people down to just show up and let the adventure unfold. We are so so lucky for this family that grows and these bonds that strengthen with every trip. The spontaneous laughter fits in public will continue for many months to come thinking of all of you. Until next time. ❤️

Join us this winter in Oaxaca! 🇲🇽 February 17-23, 2027 Zoe and Lauren will host a special yoga retreat perched above the shores of San Agustinillo, a beautiful bohemian seaside town.

We’ll practice twice daily from an expansive thatched roof shala overlooking the Pacific. Between classes, we’ll explore the area and all of its wildlife by boat, share 3 authentic meals per day with freshly-caught seafood and a bounty of other tropical fruit and vegetables, snorkel along the reef, and find lots of opportunities for real R&R.

We have just 4 private rooms available plus one more shared double, all with private bathrooms. We also have budget-friendly spots in quad rooms for solo travelers - no need to book together for this one!

DM with any questions! 🌊

It has been two months since the sweetest group of women graduated from our 200-hour yoga teacher training program.

There was such a joyful magic that bounced through all of our time together. The practice with the deeper tenets of yoga soaked into the quality of the classes they learned to teach with inspiring confidence and grace. And as usual, we were left in a puddle of gratitude and awe over the honor it is to do this work. They’re now teaching $10 community classes that you should come and check out! This month, they are at 8:15 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We are already looking forward to next year’s training beginning in January 2027! All dates and details are now online and registration is open!

And just like that, it’s summer again 🌞 The long days of light and the ability to believe you can really leave your jacket at home are soaking in. In less than 3 months, we’ll be off to Mallorca to do what we love more than anything. Our friends in last private room snagged months ago decided to upgrade to the onsite guest house we mentioned earlier, which means the boat’s come back for you! Join us for 7 nights of beachy, flowery, Spanish wonder. Start and end your days flowing in the stunning shala pictured and spend the time in between floating in the sea, reading in a garden nook, exploring old towns, or sipping a sangria. We don’t know what could be better and we’re counting the days. We hope you’ll come along for the adventure.
