Hey, ladies... embrace becoming strongHER.
Our staff absolutely love seeing our female clients grab a barbell and do incredible things. We absolutely love seeing our female clients moving weight they never thought they could move. Well, quite frankly, we absolutely love our female clients and the energy they bring inside our walls. It’s as simple as that.

The energy and enthusiasm of the people around you...

that’s your fuel for your workout.

We offer a program for people looking to workout with a group of people who push each other, not directly compete with one another.

Because we are all chasing our own version of fitness, for our own reasons and within our own means.

Allow the group atmosphere to push you, motivate you, inspire you.

We compete. With ourselves.

Come check us out.

As we age, it’s not just about being able to keep our bodies moving. It’s about being making our bodies ready and able have the strength and flexibility to get into unique positions.
As we become older and we want to play with our kids and grandkids, we need to be able to bend over, twist our bodies and play on the ground. So, shouldn’t your training mimic some of these patterns and make it possible.

The community at Aisling.Fit always provides support. Not only do you gain strength you gain family!
Community fitness is a gateway to self empowerment as well as a great way to share sweat and forge bonds that will last a lifetime! How often have you encouraged others that haven’t finished the WOD yet or even been cheered on yourself? Often people stay behind after they have finished their workout just to provide moral and verbal support to another CrossFitter!
The importance of social support is that it provides motivation. When we’re tired and are struggling to complete a workout we begin to doubt our ability to finish, having people encourage us gives us the belief that we can do it!
If you are curious about CrossFit or want to change up your workout routine give us a call or shoot us a DM to get started.

Thursdays are for Aerobic Capacity workouts.
Today we had some interval conditioning. This teaches members how to recover under pressure.
Short bursts of hard effort followed by controlled recovery can help improve:
• Cardiovascular endurance• Speed and power output• Recovery between efforts• Mental toughness• increased gym performance
You don’t always need long workouts to build fitness. Sometimes the biggest gains come from learning how to push, recover, and repeat.
Train hard. Recover smart. Repeat often. 🔥

Why do we scale workouts:
Workouts are scaled to preserve the intended stimuli despite athlete limitations such as experience, injury, illness or range of motion.
Properly scaling a workout makes for safely maximized relative intensity (load, speed, range of motion) to continue developing increased work capacity with each individual despite limitations. A long-term goal of scaling is creating the ability to perform workouts as they are written.
So rather than worry about “lifting heavy”, focus on movement mechanics and maintain good form throughout workouts and then increase the load!

☘️What is CrossFit? ☘️
🔥CrossFit is an effective class based way to get fit.
🔥Anyone is able to do it. The program can work with any one who had previous injuries or has disabilities.
🔥It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We are able to scale and modify every workout to each individual’s fitness and strength levels as well as their bodies limitations.
🔥In classes We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements.
🔥There are many misconceptions and false truths out about CrossFit. With proper coaching and supervision every class should allow athletes to workout and progress in a safe manner.
🔥We offer a wide array of class times and are coaches are attentive and always watching to allow for proper technique and corrections!
