Introducing our new Postpartum Movement Series: a 6-week series for parents and their babies (newborn to newly walking)! 👶❤️

Led by Mark Morris Dance Center faculty Cara Surico, these classes blend dance, rhythm, singing, and playful interaction in ways that support the unique physical and emotional journey of the postpartum period. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to explore movement that builds confidence, mobility, balance, and body awareness while connecting with their baby in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
