About your Trainer:
Danielle is a NASM certified trainer who honors the body’s functional movement patterns in order to build strength and confidence around a corrected posture. Workouts are further enhanced via her experience as a former NCAA D1 athlete and her Nutrition and Dietetics degree. She believes in the power of exercise and nutrition as a vehicle for better health —physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

About your Trainer:
One of the pioneers of Extreme Calisthenics community/culture, Sean D.O.C. dedicates his time to assisting athletes and aspiring ones of many different fitness levels.
He has organized and hosted over 20 calisthenics/fitness competitions since 2010-- Most notably the Urban Fitness League World Cup.
He has competed in and won numerous calisthenics competitions and coached athletes to become champions. 200% goal driven and disciplined with a work ethic that speaks for itself, D.O.C (the director of calisthenics) believes "Practice is controlled failure"

Raúl took his first step in boxing at age 13 and with perseverance and intense discipline, he competed in the Golden Gloves, represented The USA team against England and Mexico and now collaborates
and supports young people who wish to develop their talents in the boxing field, both amateur and professional.
