SEPTEMBER TEACHER FEATURE: Alexis 💋

Born and raised in Florida, Alexis has been pole dancing for seven years. Before ever learning tricks or choreography, she found her style in mirrorless, freestyle-driven spaces. Low flow was her first love, and over time, that foundation evolved into a passion for heels flow and solving the intricate puzzles of edgework. With a background in early childhood education, Alexis loves turning movement into a language that everyone can understand and feel. Big lover of shoulder stands, UV 10 days, and steak frites.

Everyone’s favorite time of year is upon us and this year we’re turning the Loft into our own version of circus tent 🎪 We’re seeking fierce freaks of all kinds: pole dancers, aerialists, burlesque performers, magicians, clowns, jugglers, etc to bring this show to life! 🤹‍♀️

Hi, I’m Carolyn, aka Tiger Mom—your second mom for aerial hoop, pole, and flexibility training. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where students build strength, confidence, and beautiful technique while discovering their own unique style. Whether you’re stepping into your first class or advancing your skills, I’ll challenge you, encourage you, and cheer you on every step of the way. My goal is to help you become not only a stronger aerialist, but a more confident version of yourself.
