SO insanely proud of you my students who completed their last module of the comprehensive flex program with me this past weekend. It really is just the beginning. As you embark on their practical hours I can only imagine the growth that will occur. Even within the months of working with them, you even saw profound change in each other. More important than every exercise achieved, centimeter of reach, and every ounce of strength gained, I hope you continue to simply feel good and honor your process. 🙏

Our students are busy getting in their practical hours, observation, self practice & practice teaching. Since we take a break from course modules in the summer, it’s a great time for extra studio time. So much talent and knowledge is being shared and we are proud to be able to allow the public to experience Pilates in this way for a small studio donation. It’s a great way to get introduced to the work on the apparatus or supplement your group and private lessons. dm for more info!
