OOTD 🔥 Summer has been REAL HOT at real hot!

REMINDERS as it’s hot outside hot in the room:
- hydrate not only water but electrolytes
- protein and real meals are important
- take breaks whenever you need in class, you know your body best jump back in when you’re ready
- hydrate WELL BEFORE class
- yoga towels are your friend
- stretch it out (maybe even treat yourself to some yoga if you’re a sculpteeee)
- head above heart if at any point you feel dizzy
- small sips over large sips throughout class

I’ve been teaching for 9 years & these are things I love about being an instructor ✨

- meeting new people
- community
- making new playlists
- finding new cues that just click
- creating the energy
- hitting the beat
- finding smiles in class
- watching people push themselves
- watching people continue to show up
- working out as “my job”

& honestly just seeing your familiar faces over and over again !

FOUR years of EBB&LOWE 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

and I cannot thank you all enough for constantly supporting, connecting & flowing.

This up coming year I am planning to focus more on events, in person flows, and keeping our weekly virtual flows.

This anniversary I have been told by 3 yogis that they are getting their teacher training this year and that is incredible!

The goal is to inspire, to connect, to heal, to grow all together in a safe space.

New beginnings can be scary. But are necessary for growth✨ imagine we can continue to grow as much as the redwood trees, expanding knowledge, life experiences, and wellness. To grow we need to feed ourselves not only with nutritious foods but nutritious thoughts as well. We need to drink water, swim in water, and bathe in the ocean/lakes/hot springs. We need to be free to explore the mind body and soul together and as one 🌳 let’s celebrate new beginnings this week together 🦋

Wednesday sculpted flow: 615-7 pm
Saturday soothing souls: 10-1045 am
