Adil is back to his regular schedule, AND finally you can catch him on Thursday mornings @ 10:30 for Bikram 75 too! 
🎉 NEW CLASS 🎉 75min FAB + DEEP on Thursday at 12 with Lidiia!
This combines our signature FAB class with a 30 minute deep stretch for the best of both worlds- strong and flexible hips.

Power Flow at The Furnace is an athletically geared Vinyasa Yoga class that builds mobility, stability and strength with a strong standing sequence, targeted core work, and a gorgeous low-intensity finish. Practiced under infrared heat with elevated 🎵🎶 beats.

While this class is physically strengthening, Power actually refers to its empowering nature that satisfies both self inquiry and physical output 😌
