This Thursday evening take a pause during the high summer activities and nourish yourself. Wind down with a soothing restorative yoga practice bathed in a symphony of sounds to guide your nervous system toward down regulation. We are vibrational beings who deserve gentle attuning back to our innate nature from the daily life experiences we move through that can leave us feeling overstimulated, depleted, or disconnected.

If you’ve been looking for a grounded way to bring sound into your work, this training is coming up.

Join Moira Lo Bianco of Íntegro Sonoro for a two-day, in-person Sound Therapy Training exploring the relationship between sound, the nervous system, somatic healing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

Moira brings together her background as a sound therapist, composer, yoga + meditation teacher, and educator to approach sound through both research and lived practice.

You’ll have instruments to work with throughout the weekend, along with educational materials and a comprehensive workbook to support continued learning beyond the training.
