I am excited to announce I’ll be teaching the sweetest vinyasa flows at the beautiful this Fall. I am incredibly grateful to for the invitation to be part of community but more significantly a space that is rich in diversity, culture and the multifaceted experiences of BLACKNESS. The profoundness of this all doesn’t escape me, my first in-studio teaching yes came from a Black women. Thank you!

I’m petitioning y’all - students, friends, family and followers to show up for yourselves and community. I have guest passes for the days I teach. DM me if you’re interested in taking a class and learning more about studio.
