If you’ve been taking Elite Endurance, Athletic Conditioning, or Gauntlet… we’ve got the same classes, but with new names, sharper focus.

here’s how to think about your week:

🔋want to build your engine? → MTHD Burn: Endurance
🔋want strength AND cardio in one hour? → MTHD Burn: Hybrid
🔋want to play with all the toys — ropes, sleds, stations? → MTHD Burn: Circuit
🔋want to be himbled? → MTHD Burn: Tabata (dropping May 1, brand new)

Mix and match based on how your body feels…there’s no wrong answer.
