try this move from Mikaela Sinclair Brandon ‘s last program!

1. open and close legs
2. press with your arms to come into boat pose
3. plant the feet and send the hips up into reverse table
4. back to boat pose
5. lower to your elbows and sacrum

aim for 10-15, with or without the band!

when working core, try two things: minimal rest (keep the tension as long as you can), and dynamic breath (think of exhaling on the effort).

try 4-8 reps of each moving continuously into the next move, and then do it all on the second side. try this class online for us to talk you through each part!

our bodies communicate to others, but they’re also communicating to us all the time. it’s our belief that learning how to listen to our bodies is part of our growth and development as humans.

everyone’s journey is different, and the body has its own way of yelling and screaming at us if the time is up to start paying attention. the body communicates through injury, illness, chronic pain, disruptions in sleep, appetite, mood, and libido.

if we believe our body is our friend, and our body is intelligent, instead of dismissing these signs as random symptoms, can we instead heed the message as a DM from our very devoted body?
