Know Your Macros‼️

Counting calories and macros is frankly unsustainable for most people.

That said, it’s important to have an understanding of what you’re putting into your body.

When you read the calories on a nutrition label, the macronutrients in the details should add up correctly.

If you’re going to track one macro, focus on protein!

But beware of overindulging on dietary fat - those calories can add up quickly, especially when paired with sugar!
