Join us for a workshop led by our very own, Craig Magnano, as we shift the focus from external movement–yoga poses, sports, and everyday movement–to the internal structures that make movement possible. Drawing from Kinstretch and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles, this 2-hour workshop develops joint mobility, connective tissue capacity, and strength within your available ranges of motion, with a special focus on building the foundations for handstand.
Through self-assessment and targeted exercises, you’ll explore articular independence, expand usable range of motion, and build greater control through new neurological connections. Whether you’re working toward your first handstand or looking to improve an existing practice, you’ll develop the strength and mobility needed to support it. And if handstand isn’t your goal, you’ll still benefit from applying FRC principles.
This work supports more resilient joints, efficient movement, and a stronger foundation for everything you do.
All levels are welcome. No handstand required.
