What an incredible experience leading Chair One Fitness at the Letter to My Mother–Medtronic Women's Heart Health Community Event at Lakeview Public Library!

This class was filled with energy, laughter, connection, and joyful movement. Watching participants of different ages and fitness levels move together was a beautiful reminder that fitness doesn't have to be intimidating to be effective.

Chair One Fitness is an inclusive, music-driven workout that improves cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance all from the support of a chair. It's proof that movement can be accessible, empowering, and fun.

Thank you to Letter to My Mother–Medtronic and Lakeview Public Library for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful event focused on women's heart health and wellness.
