Join me Thursday, May 28th at 6:00 PM at Lakeview Public Library for Chakra Clearing through S.T.E.A.M. as we focus on the Throat Chakra — the energy center connected to communication, truth, self-expression, creativity, and authenticity.
When our Throat Chakra is balanced, we feel empowered to speak clearly, honor our boundaries, express emotions freely, and live in alignment with our truth. When blocked, we may struggle with self-expression, fear of speaking up, or feeling unheard.
In this workshop, we will explore ways to clear and cultivate the Throat Chakra through:
