Here in North America the temperatures are rising, how do you creatively stay hydrated? For those of you that live in warmer climates how do you stay hydrated?
Hydration is by no means seasonal; however, in the warmer months it's easier to become dehydrated as the body expels a lot of water in the form of perspiration to help keep us cool; which is also why one should stay hydrated when working out.
Do you keep a filled reusable water bottle in sight, have scheduled water timers, or add flavorings to your water? Maybe you add a mint leaf, maybe you just drink up as is. Or maybe its straight up coconut water. Water-rich foods such as fresh fruits and veggies count towards hydration as well.
Hydration is key as our bodies need the water to maintain proper body functions, including the transport of oxygen to our cells.
