Queen City Chaos, Springfield Women's Rugby Springfield Women's Rugby is for any lady interested in rugby, whether they would like to play or be a part of the rugby community. Everyone is welcome!

No experience needed! I know there might be some women looking at this page who are interested but not sure. You may be worried you don't know enough about the game. Or maybe you're afraid you are too big, too little, too short or too tall. Maybe your fitness level is lacking. Let me reassure you, most of us knew nothing about the game when we started. It's okay if you're starting point is, "This

is a rugby ball." There is a spot for everyone regardless of your size or shape. All body types are needed on the rugby pitch. Fitness level too low? Let this be motivation to work on it. You'll be meeting workout buddies and people who can help put you on the right path for fitness and nutrition.
