Spring 🌼 is a time to nourish new growth and find your balance.
Balance is something that that all of us can improve. 🙌It is a fundamental piece of how we move our bodies in relation to the earth🌎
Yet balance is also a process. ✨The act of rebalancing is one of analysis, of correction, of adapting to and persisting through change.
As we feel our balance, we improve our body’s connection to the floor, the earth. 🌏As we improve our balance we feel ourselves more confident, more sure. 💪As we balance ourselves we become light yet stable, rooted yet adaptable, able to move or to be still.
By developing balance in movement, through Boabom, as we ask more of the body, we give more and more to ourselves. 💚And through the constancy of regular practice, we all can tread 👣a little more lightly on this earth.🌍
