9 reasons for 9Round

1. NO CLASS TIMES.
In an increasingly busy world the constraints of set class times dont often fit into the lives of many people. At 9Round you show up when it works for you and 30 minutes later you’ve completed a great full body workout.

2. TRAINER INCLUDED
As the value of a trainer is being realized by many it often comes with an additional cost. At 9Round a knowledgeable trainer is included in the membership price. The trainer will be there to motivate, instruct, and develop a great relationship with EVERY customer. Some may also allow laughter and joking. 🤣

3. KICKBOXING
While the sport may be unfamiliar to some the movements and training styles have been used to create the tremendous 30 minute workout. As members move on they often learn to enjoy and embrace the movements and techniques as if they are training for a fight. No one will get hit but they will get fit. We hope to develop the spirit of a fighter and the heart of an angel.

4. All 3 PHASES IN 30 MINUTES
In just 30 minutes aerobic, anaerobic, and strength training will be performed. Commonly people will spend 30-45 minutes on strength training and another 20-30 on aerobic training. Anaerobic, or short intense bursts of activity, often gets neglected all together due to its difficulty. Combining all 3 in a 30 minute workout is a big part of what separates 9Round.

5. ENJOYING EPOC
EPOC, Excess Post Oxygen Consumption, is simply the body’s need to adjust back to its existing state after excerise, especially anaerobic. This means that your body will continue to burn calories far after you have finished your 9Round workout thus accelerating fat loss.

6. NUTRITION PORTAL
9Round membership offers comprehensive nutritional advice through its nutrition portal. A 9Round workout, or any workout, will have many benefits by itself. If physical or aesthetic changes are a goal nutrition must be given EQUAL importance. The nutrition portal will offer guidance in meal planning, portion size, and meal frequency.

7. HEART RATE MONITOR
The heart rate technology offered will help a member track calories burned, heart rate, and the ability to detect when they are in the optimal fat burning zone.

8. STRESS RELIEF
Everyone has bad days and sometimes the best remedy for those days are to release some aggression the old school way. Spend 30 minutes punching and kicking and you will probably barely remember what you were so upset about.
