The Southern Oregon Coast Charity Championship for Katelyn’s Cause and the BIGGEST Golf Event of the summer at Salmon Run, will be:
Friday, July 31st – FREE Practice Round and Introducing 3 holes of NIGHT GOLF!
Saturday, August 1st – 2-person BEST BALL tournament and Charitable Dinner
Sunday, August 2nd - 2-person SCRAMBLE tournament, awards and “Horse Race”
Last year’s event, thanks to all of YOUR support, sponsorships and golfers, led to a generous donation of $15,000 to Katelyn’s Cause. Those funds went directly towards the efforts of the foundation to bring smiles and laughter to children dealing with difficult circumstances. Although most of the foundation’s resources go towards children, from across the region, fighting cancer up at the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, OR….today, more than ever, the foundation is also helping families in the region with a variety of challenges, generally originating with a child in need.
Our collective support & participation in this weekend event MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Thank you, in advance, for putting this championship golf experience on your calendar. We’re so happy to have you and we’re very much looking forward to a fantastic event.
THIS YEAR WE’RE INTRODUCING 3-HOLES OF NIGHT GOLF!
Friday evening, after your FREE practice round, Salmon Run staff will “fire up the BBQ grill,” music will fill the fairways, and you’ll have an opportunity to play golf in the dark (if it wasn’t already hard enough).
Glow-in-the-dark golf balls & tees will be provided.
