🩷 Consider this our reminder to switch out your shoes as you train! Why?
• Different shoes do different jobs. eg. The cushy shoes might not be the best for speed work!
• Reduces injury risk. Each shoe supports your feet a little differently. It’s helpful to switch it up so your feet get a break!
• Extends the life of each pair!

We’re here for any further questions. 😃
