I’m a little late getting this posted (so typical), but I couldn’t let our Member Appreciation Event go by without saying…
THANK YOU. 💙💛

A huge thank you to the local businesses—many of whom are also our friends and members—that jumped in to help make this event possible. Your willingness to show up and pour into what we were doing means more than you know.

But more than anything, the day reminded me of what makes this place so special. The human beings—the humanity.
We show up. We give it all we’ve got. We put as much into the success of others as we do ourselves.

Eight years ago, this logo represented the beginning of a dream. There was no guarantee—just a vision, a lot of faith, and a commitment to show up every single day.

Since 2018, The Body Shop Edge has become so much more than a gym. It's become a place where friendships are built, goals are crushed, confidence is found, and countless lives continue to change—not because of us, but because of the people who walk through these doors every day.

To celebrate our 8th birthday, we're bringing back the original logo that started it all.

Dri-Fit shirts and tanks are available beginning today.
If your size is here, grab it while supplies last. If not, don't worry—we're also taking orders.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and making The Edge what it is today. Here's to eight incredible years... and we're just getting started. ❤️

🗣️Listen to me for a minute!

Some of you have been here since 2018. Some of you have only been here a few weeks. The truth is, every single one of you has helped make The Body Shop Edge what it is today.

People often compliment the atmosphere here, but that doesn't come from the equipment or the building. It comes from the people inside these walls. It comes from the encouragement, the friendships, the accountability, and the willingness to clap for each other.

We wanted to take a day to simply say thank you.

Join us on Wednesday, July 29, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM for our Member Appreciation Event.

We'll have burgers and hotdogs hot off the Farm Bureau grill, amazing sides from Bites by Dri, drinks, door prizes, and plenty of time to hang out with the people who have helped build this community.

To our veteran members...thank you for believing in us before anyone else did. You’re the real MVP! You've welcomed new faces, celebrated victories, picked people up on hard days, and helped create a place that truly feels like home to us & many.

We’re headed into the second and last month of BeastCamp for the summer!
This summer has been about so much more than workouts. We’ve watched these athletes grow stronger, build confidence, encourage one another, and learn that showing up and putting in the work matters. Their progress has been incredible, and we’re proud of every single one of them.
To our BeastCamp families—thank you for trusting us with your kids this summer. It’s been a privilege to be part of their journey.
Now it’s time to finish the way we’ve trained all summer—with energy, consistency, and heart.

We were honored to receive a visit from Derwin Fields and Jaden Allen, members of the 2025 Brookhaven High School 5A State Champion Panthers football team! 🏆🐾
These young men stopped by to present a commemorative plaque to Coach D celebrating an unforgettable championship season. Seeing local athletes achieve greatness on the field is special, but watching them grow into leaders, teammates, and young men of character is even more rewarding.
At The Body Shop Edge, we’re proud to support athletes as they chase their goals and represent Brookhaven with excellence. Thank you, Derwin, Jaden, and the rest of the team & staff, for allowing us to be a small part of your journey and for sharing this championship memory with us.
Congratulations again on bringing a state championship home to Ole Brook! The work, sacrifice, and commitment it took to get there did not go unnoticed.
