Thanks to everyone that came out to our Back 2 School FREE community workout event!

We had a blast hosting this community group fitness class event as we celebrate Coach Liv’s Olivia Provost farewell as she heads to Georgia Southern University for nursing school.

These last two years with Liv have been a privilege, Grind Heart would not be where we are today without her! The Grind Heart community will miss her dearly.

We’d like to invite you to our upcoming FREE event at Grind Heart!

On Saturday, August 1st at 10 am Grind Heart is hosting a FREE Group Fitness Workout Event as a celebration for Coach Liv’s farewell class.

We’re excited for Coach Liv to start the next chapter in her journey of helping others as she heads back to school, enrolling in Georgia Southern’s nursing program.

In honor of that, we’re throwing a Back 2 School Group Fitness Event!

Stop by on Saturday, August 1st to burn some calories and see Liv one last time before she heads down to Statesboro!

If you cannot make the event at 10am, Liv will be hanging out at the gym after for those that want to drop in for one last goodbye!
