Gymnastics parents, this one’s for YOU. ❤️🔥
When your daughter says…

“I’m scared.”
“I can’t do it.”
“What if I fall?”
“I’m freaking out about my meet.”

What do you say? Sometimes “you’ve got this” and “don’t worry, you will be fine” actually do more harm because your girl may feel dismissed and think she shouldn’t bring up her worries to you.

That’s why we’re so excited to bring Sophia Campana’s Fire Within Experience to our gym! At her Confidence Workshop, Sophia will teach athletes practical tools for navigating mental blocks, fear, and anxiety…and bring parents into the conversation, too.

You’ll learn ways to support your daughter through those tough moments and help her build confidence that goes beyond gymnastics.

The goal? Help her learn what to do when fear shows up. 💪

And that’s just part of the experience. Get ready for gymnastics, connection, and a whole lot of SophiaLand magic! ✨🔥
