🏈 Wisconsin football just changed — and your youth athlete needs to be ready.
The WIAA now allows HIGH SCHOOL coaches UNLIMITED summer contact days with their players. That means more practices, more reps, more physical demand — starting earlier than ever before.
Here's the thing: that pressure doesn't just affect high schoolers. It trickles all the way down.
Youth players who show up to their programs — and eventually high school — without a foundation of strength, mobility, and body awareness are at a much higher risk of injury when the volume of training increases.
💡 More contact days = more opportunity. But only if your athlete's body is prepared for it.
Now is the time to:
✅ Build a base of functional strength
✅ Develop speed and agility fundamentals
✅ Work on injury-prevention movement patterns
✅ Create habits that last a lifetime on and off the field
The window to get ahead is NOW — before the season ramps up and coaches start leaning in hard.
Don't wait for the first practice to find out your athlete wasn't ready. Train smart. Train early. Train with purpose.
