The warehouse is now over halfway filled with rack, so we took the drone up to show you the scale a little better.

Over the last six years, we’ve learned that successful projects are built through trust, planning, and a lot of small details coming together the right way.

It Took 22 Episodes for this to happen!

Nick hit it exactly 23.0 yards from the pin, which means the craziest and most specific rule in Fridays at Pebble finally came into play: $100 into the pot before his next shot.

This brand new episode had some actual close calls, some blame-it-on-the-sim misses, and the one measurement that immediately became part of series history.

This one looks good on paper… and in the warehouse. Built for equipment testing inside the warehouse R&D area, this new modular office is coming together in SE Wisconsin!

Ceiling, electrical, doors, outlets, and a clean workspace, all checked off one step at a time.

From rolling ladder to catwalk.

For the wash bay in this facility in Milwaukee, the team needed a safer, cleaner way to work above vehicles during washdowns.

We built a catwalk over the existing area so employees can access vehicles from above instead of working off a rolling ladder.

Simple upgrade, big difference in the safety for the team and how the work gets done.

Haden jumps into the metaverse this time…watch as he walks us through hand-pick system flow in virtual reality!

🧰 Roll-out racks: rack-mounted and floor-mounted options to keep parts accessible without the scavenger hunt
📦 Carton flow: product storage feeding the production side, cleaner FIFO picking and a smoother handoff
🛡️ Wire back panels: safer storage above the flow lanes, even with loose product pallets
