My name is Alysa, I’d like to tell you a little bit about me! I have always lived a very active life with a passion for fitness. I grew up dancing competitively and continued on to Sacred Heart University where I earned a B.S in Psychology with a minor in Dance. I fell in love with pilates while at school and pursued my training after graduating in 2017. I am a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor i

n Mat and Reformer, with training in Total Barre and on the Stability Chair. In addition I have knowledge of basic athletic conditioning with plans to continue my education. I established Fit For You because I wanted to provide an affordable opportunity for people to practice pilates and get their bodies moving! I truly believe that pilates is for everyone whether you are looking for an athletic workout or you are rehabbing/working with some injuries/limitations.
