With semi-private class sizes, you get the attention of a personal trainer within a group setting. Hours:
Monday- 9:15am, 5:30pm, 7pm
Tuesday- 5:54am, 5:30pm, 7pm
Wednesday- 9:15am, 5:30pm, 7pm
Thursday- 5:45am, 5:30pm, 7pm
Friday- 5:45am, 9:15am

OTBX Fitness is growing up!!

When I started ​O​ut of ​T​he ​B​o​X ​Fitness, I used the play on words for the typical CrossFit“box”, and since we were in a garage and we weren’t crossfit, it made sense to use this name.

My mission was to share the benefits of fitness and nutrition in a more personalized environment (think small group classes). I wanted to create a positive environment where my members could come together to learn, grow and push themselves to make improvements in lifestyle habits.

What we have created is an INCREDIBLE community of motivated individuals who are seeing AMAZING personal results!

Through this process, I have grown as an owner and as a trainer, and have decided to change our name to greater reflect the vision of helping others in every shape, ​FORM​ and aspects of their lives through fitness.

Our focus has always been on ​FORM​ and technique, and progressing at your individual pace. I know the idea of changing the name may come as a shock right now, but in time I hope it will mean just as much to you as OTBX did. Our name going forward will be ​Forma​ ​Athletics​ (which is Spanish for ‘form’). You can find us here:

No matter what the result you are looking for, I want our gym to provide you with the tools to live healthier lives through fitness. Forma Athletics will continue to represent all of this and more.

Here is Malu. She is 6 months pregnant with TWINS. Her focus is on moving and moving well, and having a healthy pregnancy, and every now and then, if she feels up to it, she will push a little bit. Today she got a 5 # PR on a snatch!!🔥

Christy, Marnie, Pam, and Shana all happened to get PRs also and we have to celebrate their successes!!

How cool is this?!? We aren't even testing one rep maxes, but when you are consistently showing up and putting the work in, you just end up with amazing results!! Shana just absolutely CRUSHES anything row related but if you ask her she’ll tell you she doesn't get the barbell thing. And it CAN be intimidating and confusing! But with consistency and practice, and a focus on technique vs heavy weights, the “barbell thing” is becoming fun for her.
