Feeling rigid and unbalanced? Afraid of falling? Join us for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention at the Elder Options office in Gainesville. Classes start Monday August 10 and run through September30, meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1 pm. These classes are free to attend!
