School may be out, but the work is just getting started.

Quinn, 6th grade BA athlete, is already hitting the ground running this summer with athletic performance training and skill work at T2W. Building speed, strength, confidence, and fundamentals one session at a time.

The athletes that improve the most are the ones who stay consistent when everyone else is taking time off. Proud of the work Quinn is putting in early.

Landmine squats are a great tool for improving squat mechanics, core stability, and lower-body strength while continuing to build confidence through movement.
