Welcome to the 2022 Great Sacandaga Lake Snowkite Challenge 🏆 in partnership with Green Hat Kiteboarding, Flysurfer and SportsTrackLive🤙. Record your GPS track and challenge your friends and others to be the fastest rider around the lake. The Great Sacandaga Lake and dominant westerly winds offer a perfect natural race track around Beacon, Kenyon and Sand Island. The track record is 38 min & 18 se
c for 14.5 miles. You can also run the shorter track around Sand Island for about 2.5 miles. This year we are stoked to have partnered with SportsTrackLive, the best Tracking App in the game. Download the App to record and share your tracks with others. The Start/Finish zone is next to the small island in front of the Broadalbin Public Launch Boat. Start and stop your GPS recording in the designated area.
