Happy Friday! The Rise and Grind Bootcamp Crew did a team workout today and they kicked @$$! The winners were Ryan McCartney and Nicole Emard Ratner with a total of 917 reps! π€© π₯
Workout:
5 minutes on then partners rotate to the next station with a 1-minute rest. No spouses team and 1 male/1 female per team.
#1- 30lb sandbag squats
#2- shuttle relay (down and back =1)
#3- flutter kicks (1,2,1 count)
#4 20lb ball slams
#5- 20lb bar bicep curls
