Dear Teams,
Due to unfavorable field conditions and the impending weather in the next few hours, all flag football games scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025, are canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize everyone’s safety.
Instead, we’ve arranged for teams to visit the field to sign waivers and have their belts fitted, as this will help shorten our pre-game process for the next game. Each team has been assigned a specific time slot to ensure a smooth process. Please arrive promptly at your designated time and be patient with us as we work on the fittings of these belts. The schedule is as follows:
• 10:30 AM: Skeletons
• 11:00 AM: Werewolves
• 11:30 AM: Warlocks
• 12:00 PM: Bats
• 12:30 PM: Mummies, Vampires
• 1:00 PM: Wizards, Ghouls
If your team cannot make the assigned time slot, please contact us.
