The sensation of freedom! I’ve taken a break from social media for some time. Coping with illness and battling small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, referred to as SIBO, can be quite challenging. I’m optimistic that I’m on the path to recovery and can enjoy more of these incredible days on the bike. I miss my community and the freedom that comes with riding and feeling well.
