It is with some sadness that we announce that REFIT Tri-Cities TN will not be returning in 2021. Thank you to participants for bringing our vision for REFIT to life for 3 amazing years! YOU made every ounce of sweat and tears worth it. We will always love each of you and cherish our memories together.

Life happens in seasons and this season is calling us to prune our commitments. We have always prioritized mental health and we hope watching us care for our needs inspires you to do the same. As one last Heartwork, reflect on what this season is calling you to take off your plate. ♥️

May is a crazy time for our REFIT community! Between graduations, awards days, and the end of the school year, we know May is a challenging month to make it to REFIT.

We’ve decided to change the schedule this month so that we (Erin + Hannah) can finish the school year strong.

We have a new playlist and amazing Heartwork planned for this month! We are giving our all to the few classes we’ll have. See you May the Fourth. 🌌
