A Walk In The Park 5K is right around the corner! Thank you to everyone who has signed up to run/walk, volunteered their time, or donated to the event. We have had such an amazing response to this fundraiser and we are looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday at C**t State Park.

A few reminders/updates:
Please note that the deadline to register for the event is tomorrow, 9/16/22 at 8pm. After this point, we will no longer be able to process any registrations, including the day of the event, so please be sure to sign up if you are planning to join us on Sunday. Space is limited, and at this point we have room for only 24 more participants (which is amazing news!). Please also bear in mind that Tshirts are no longer available.

Check-in will open at 9:30am on Sunday, and the race will begin at 11am. Please ensure ample time for check in and to get a good stretch in before the starting gun fires! For the safety of our runners, the park will be closed to incoming traffic just prior to the race, so be sure to enter the park before road closure. This event is stroller friendly, and dog friendly as well! Please leash and clean up after your pups along the way.

Get your running shoes ready, and we shall see y’all on Sunday! 😎

Friends, family, fellow Bristolians: lend me your ears. Please join us on Sunday, September 18th at C**t State Park for a 5K walk/run to support the Godbout family of Bristol. Their son Tommy is battling a relapse of leukemia and undergoing a bone marrow transplant. Let’s come together to be of service to an amazing family who works tirelessly to contribute essential services to our community on a daily basis as a pharmacist and an educator. You couldn’t ask for a more scenic venue than our very own C**t State Park, and snacks, t-shirts, and awards are just icing on the cake. Compared to the struggle that Tommy has endured, 3.1 miles for the rest of us should be A Walk In The Park. Register today! Virtual run option available for our faraway friends, and donations graciously accepted at registration. Volunteers appreciated! Please email [email protected] to get involved.
