On Wednesday, July 15, Appalachian Bouldering Center will be opening at noon as we spend the morning hosting an amazing group from Girls Inc.

As many of you know, we very rarely close the gym for outside groups because we always want to keep the space available for our members and community. But every once in a while, an opportunity comes along that’s bigger than business. We simply couldn’t pass up the chance to share climbing with these young ladies.

One of our greatest joys is introducing people to climbing and helping inspire the next generation to challenge themselves, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of. Being able to give back to our community in that way is something we never take for granted.

Thank you for understanding and allowing us to share the gym for a few hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we’ll be ready to welcome everyone back when we open at 12:00 PM.

We can’t wait to see y’all Wednesday afternoon!

🚨 Modified Morning Hours This Week 🚨

Just a friendly reminder that we’ll be opening a few hours later than normal this week while we host another round of ABC Youth Climbing Camp! We appreciate your patience as we spend the mornings introducing the next generation to the sport we all love.

We’ll be open 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday this week, with Tuesday remaining 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM as usual for our weekly reset.

Thanks for your understanding, and if you’ve been thinking about getting your kids involved, we still have a few spots available in our last youth camp later this month. Give us a call to learn more!

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Fourth of July from all of us at Appalachian Bouldering Center! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom, adventure, and the incredible spirit that makes this country so special. We hope you spend the day making memories with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and celebrating all the things that make America great.

If you’re looking to get a climb in before the fireworks, come see us! We will be closing early at 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 4th so our staff can celebrate with their families. Other than our early closing on the Fourth, we’ll be operating normal business hours.

Have a safe, fun, and patriotic Independence Day, and we’ll see you on the wall! 🇺🇸🧗

No youth camp this week means we’re back to our normal hours Monday through Friday, June 29 – July 3!

Looking ahead, we still have a few spots available in our July Youth Camps!

Whether your kid is brand new to climbing or already hooked on the sport, our camps are packed with climbing, games, skill building, and plenty of fun.

ABC YOUTH CAMP IS BACK!

If your child loves to move, explore, and take on new challenges, our June 15th–19th Youth Climbing Camp is the perfect fit. Designed for ages 7–11, campers will spend the week climbing, learning, growing, and making memories that will last long after the week is over.
