This year we are so excited to have .abel as one of our featured runners! Sylvie came in second at our race last year and is back for more this year. Whatch out! Also, she may look familiar to you from our posters! We got to chat and hear what she’s excited about for this years and what motivates her as a runner. I loved the race! It was on trails that were new to me, but they were awesome and the views were epic, so I’d love to see them again. I also loved the fact that my family could hang out at the start/finish line in a place that was fun for them. I loved the community around the race and I felt like the competition was fierce for a smaller race - so cool! As for me as a runner😬😄 - I just love being outside on trails so much. I have a 2 year old boy who I love more than anything else in this world and I want him to know following your dreams is fun and it’s worth it to keep going even when things are hard.
