As I reflect on the 2025 race I am so overwhelmed with so much gratitude! This was our biggest year since I took over as race director in 2019, with a record 376 participants! Final monetary totals are still being tallied but I cannot wait to share with you what we will be able to give back to our community.

I want to thank our 30 sponsors. Without them this event would not be possible. I want to thank all of our volunteers - course monitors, water stops, packet pick up, post race food and the list goes on. Your time is valuable so thank you for giving some of it to us!

With the growth comes a few glitches and the biggest one was not having enough ribbons for all of the kiddos in the fun run. I want to apologize because I never want to have a kid feel left out. We plan to order double next year!

🏃‍♂️ Happy race morning!! 🎉
You can pick up your race packet from 6:30 - 7:45am at Brimfield American Legion - 121 W Knoxville St. (You can still sign up for the race for $35.)
• 5k race and walk participants start at 8:00am
• Kids fun run starts at 9:00am (or after last 5k finisher)
• Awards are immediately after the kids fun run

Our 2025 race shirts have arrived! We’ve been asked how we come up with our shirt designs. Each year the Brimfield Old Settlers Festivities have a theme. This year the theme is the Wild Wild Midwest! So we always design the shirt and pick the color based on the theme!!
