What a fun week!

Last week, several Ascension Public Schools cheer programs attended the UCA LSU II Camp, where they sharpened their skills, built teamwork, and represented their schools with pride! 📣💙

Representing Ascension were:

As always, YEAR 6 with our QUEEN, Amber Mae McKellar, was everything we could ask for! ❤️ Our routines each year just get better and better!! We can’t wait to bring this amazing routine to life this season!! We know we are GEAUXING to make you PROUD!

UCA CAMP 2026 ✅

We laughed, we cried, we laughed until we cried, we danced, we worked hard, we were challenged, but most importantly we genuinely had a lot of fun! We are so proud of the effort these girls put in all week, while still taking in every moment and making the absolute most of it! BEST UCA CAMP EVER!

The leadership award is voted on by every squad at the camp! Each squad is asked ”If you could be on any squad that is not your own, what squad would you choose?” They chose Lake 🥹 This award means so much to us! We are so proud to be a Lake Lion!

We also had so much fun going to camp with STA, Prairieville High, Galvez, Dutchtown Middle, Bluff, Prairieville Middle, and Diamond Rec! Ascension Proud!
