Solitude is a pure, authentic and untarnished Utah territory. Serene or extreme, there's nothing between you and the perfect mountain day. Located in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah, the resort offers eight chairlifts, 80 runs, three bowls, and 500 annual inches of snow spread over 1,200 acres for skiing and snowboarding.

There’s just something about dinner in the mountains when you can already smell fall in the air. 🍂⛰️🍷

I attended the Spanish Dinner apart of St. Bernard’s Dinner & Wine Pairing Series up at Solitude Mountain, and the entire evening was absolutely incredible.

The setting at St. Bernard’s at Solitude Mountain is STUNNING, and dinner from award-winning Chef Matthew Serna was seriously phenomenal. Every course was beautifully prepared, the wine pairings were perfect, and enjoying it all surrounded by the mountains made the whole experience feel extra special.

And there are still TWO more dinners in the series, both featuring Chef Matt Serna! 👏🏻
