These Peanut Butter Protein Balls from Christine are perfect for satisfying cravings while fueling your day!
Ingredients:
-⅔ cup quick oats
-½ cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
-¼ cup (~1 scoop) protein powder of choice
-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix oats and nut butter until smooth
2. Slowly mix in protein powder and chocolate chips, being sure to combine well
3. Stick the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes
4. Form the mixture into small, ~1 inch balls
5. These can be stored in the fridge for up to a week
