Phoenix’s literal angels at the
Detroit Dog Rescue are building a new playground for the other doggies still searching for their forever homes.

We are asking all of Phoenix’s gym besties out there to please donate if you can. Any amount is greatly appreciated and super helpful! Give their page a follow to see the amazing things they are doing for the Detroit community ❤️

We can not express how much joy and light this abandoned dog has brought into our family’s lives and home. The amount of laughter and smiles that are caused from that goofy little face are well worth the strain on our bank account to keep up with his toy habit.

No one said anything about this part. No one ever said anything about losing one. They are all suppose to grow up and be the best versions of themselves, successful in whatever they pursue.

Our hearts are so heavy for you Marcus. You were a regular fixture within our gym. We watched you grow from a patience testing little kid, to a quirky teenager that showed us his armpit hair as it grew in, to a really bright light of a young man.

You were always laughing. Always smiling. And always made a coach yell, “Marcus!” at least once a workout. You will be missed. We are so grateful for the time we got to spend with you. You were taken way too soon ❤️
