Life update:

We planned a family trip to visit Logan near his base in NC. The mini camping vacation was successful and we made great memories. He’s such an outstanding young man. He gave us a class A style tour and showed us the base as visitors.

Recently: Unfortunately we received news about Grandpas health. Currently in Florida to be with him and handle some family business

My school Freedom Academy is under supervision of a former Lieutenant Commander and all classes are being taught by an amazing team of Black Belts and Brown Belts from all different lineages, mindset and backgrounds of training.

I am still available as my website / app is operational and will@have more soon (it includes mobility, fitness and training for everything).

I am also mobile now and am available for seminars in the future (jiu jitsu, mindset, personal protection, functional mobility / fitness)

During this time with family and away from the school, my mission is on healing my spine and hips while focusing on God.

Please pray for my family as we navigate and live as the good Lord intended
