Ok guys, its been awhile since we have done this fundraiser but I want to bring it back with success. My plans are to hold the event on Saturday morning Nov 5th. This gives us 3 months to fundraise (October being breast cancer awareness). Sign up through the link and join the gyms team. If you have success you will earn individual awards as well as awards for the gym. We had a coach win special edition lifters, many of us have T-shirts and wrist wraps, and the gym has earned multiple banners in the past...Lets raise another!

After you sign up, you just throw it on your social media every now and again asking for donations. You can get creative like making bets amongst friends and having the loser donate towards your account (my plans during my golf outings with friends)

On Memorial Day we ran our most successful Murph event to date. We like to attribute the success to all the participants; whether you roped in your friends, made a donation, bought a shirt, or spectated. EVERYTHING HELPED!

We always choose because of our personal relationship with them and supreme confidence that they make sure the money goes to programs that provide aide to our local veterans.

Thank you to all the coaches that helped ( promotion and free preparation programing), for giving us free reign, for whipping up beautiful shirts, and to our community that hold the Murph memorial workout as important as we do.
We are even more motivated for a bigger event next year. Let’s keep setting the bar.
